What happens when I have placed an order? After you have placed an order in the online store, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. Should a problem arise with your order, we will contact you via email. What applies to sales and discounts? All forms of discounts and sales apply as long as stock lasts.
What happens if the product is sold out? We work with many handmade unique products and have small editions. If a product is sold out, we try to replenish the stock as soon as possible. If you should buy a product that is definitely sold out and we have not had time to remove it from the online store, we will contact you and make a refund immediately.
Does the ordered product look like the picture? Yes, to the greatest extent. Products that are made by hand or have parts that are handmade may differ slightly, as they are all unique.
Can minors shop at Fröken Söt? No, Fröken Söt does not sell to minors without the parent’s approval.

FREE SHIPPING within Sweden and the rest of the world.
SHIPPING TIME:
If the order is placed before 16.00, it is usually sent the same day. Hopefully your order lands in your mailbox within 1-4 days (a bit depending on how the Post office handles itself ..)!
RETURN:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for mouth guards and accessories such as earrings. We do not offer open purchase on SALE or other accessories.
